Grid Balance Coaching for You
Our careers don’t happen in isolation! They are one part, albeit a big part, of the whole of our lives. To really be able to flourish we need to achieve balance in our personal lives, work lives, self care and careers. This coaching provides an opportunity to review your goals in each area so that you flourish in all of them.
My Grid Story
I discovered the Grid tool in 2020 during the pandemic when so many of us were trying to juggle work and home life. My to do list seemed endless and I never got to the important items. I was in danger of becoming burnt out. I loved the psychology behind the Grid and the simplicity of the approach to Gridding! After using Grid for 6 months I realised it had revolutionised my approach to productivity and work-life balance. It's a great tool for goal setting, time management, reflecting and career planning. People tend to focus on daily work, forfeiting time to work on their careers until they hit a crisis point in their current work but with the Grid this doesn't happen, so there is a really good fit with career coaching. In 2023 I jumped at the chance to become an ICF Grid Balance Coach so I can provide this amazing resource to all my clients.
